This action-thriller marked superstar Kamal Haasan’s return to the big screen after five years. The movie marked Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt’s South film debut. The recent IFFI controversy apart, the film indeed provides a heart-wrenching glimpse of the plight of the Kashmiri Pandits. The film also stars Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt. This fictional tale about two fearless men – Alluri Sitaram Raju (Charan) and Komaram Bheema (Jr NTR) – wins hearts with its fabulous cinematography, commendable performances, and intriguing narrative. The Telugu action drama, starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan in lead roles, revolves around two real-life revolutionaries who fought against the British Raj during the 1920s. The makers of the movie have also submitted it to the Academy for the Oscars in main categories like Best Picture, Best Director, Best Supporting Actor and Actress, and a few others. It also received five nominations at the Critics’ Choice Awards.
